About FBCBORO Adults
First Baptist Church Statesboro stands ready equip adults to make disciples who make disciples. This is accomplished by providing in depth Bible studies, missions opportunities, fun connecting events, Sunday School classes, and Discipleship Groups that help people start and strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ. It is our prayer that you will experience a sense of community when you enter our doors and develop friendships that last a lifetime.
Single Adults
Our goal is to see single adults start and strengthen their relationship with Jesus. We desire singles to come to Christ, be complete in Him, and build communities that welcome single adults through discipleship.
Women
Women are an important part of our church and ministries. We offer a variety of avenues for women to get involved and ways that we can minister to you. FBCBORO’s Women’s Ministry is designed to fit every woman at every season of life. We believe that every woman has purpose and meaning in her life for the kingdom, and we want to partner with you to help you fulfill that mission and become the woman God desires you to be!
Men
FBCBORO’s Men’s Ministry is centered around two priorities: small Discipleship Groups and connecting events. Throughout the year, we like to bring all our men together for times of fellowship and worship, including steak dinners, men’s breakfasts, etc. These are outreach events for all men in our community. At the heart of our men’s ministry are our Discipleship Groups (D-Groups). We strongly believe in men discipling men, and the best way to do this is through small D-Groups. D-Groups can meet anytime and anywhere and focus on Bible reading, prayer, and doing ministry together outside the walls of the church.
Senior Adults
Our senior adult ministry at FBC Statesboro is a cherished and vibrant community where seasoned individuals gather to share fellowship, wisdom, and faith. With a wealth of life experiences and a deep reservoir of faith, our seniors enrich our church family in countless ways. Through meaningful Bible studies, engaging activities, and heartfelt conversations, we celebrate the unique journey of our senior members and honor their invaluable contributions to our church and community.
